About Yeshivat Hakotel

ABOUT OUR YESHIVA

Excellent Educators

Yeshivat Hakotel's faculty consists of top educators who maintain a strong bond with each student through afternoon and night shiurim, as well as personal conversations. In addition, Yeshivat Hakotel's unique program of integration offers foreign students relationships with Israeli students and Rebbeim.

Broad Curriculum

Our curriculum aims to develop both comprehensive knowledge and skills. We familiarize students with the basics of Tanach, Torah Sheb'al Peh, Halacha, Jewish Philosophy and belief, and Mussar and help them develop the ability for independent study all of these fields in depth.

The Old City

Yeshivat HaKotel benefits from a spacious campus which includes: the renovated Beit Midrash, 6 luxurious dormitories, 2 extensive libraries, auditoriums, a computer room and a workout room. In addition, the roof of our Yeshiva provides a breathtaking view of both the New and Old City and the Temple Mount.

Land of Israel

To further enhance our Tanach shiurim as well as to promote yediat ha-aretz, the Yeshiva offers monthly half-day tiyulim. All tiyulim are army approved and in accordance with security regulations. The Yeshiva organizes two major tiyulim during bein hazmanim to the North and South.

Our Mission

As one of Israel’s first Yeshivot Hesder, we instill in our students a profound sense of responsibility for the Jewish people and the Jewish State. Israeli students combine Torah study with service in the IDF. Living and learning with young men who put their lives on the line for Medinat Yisrael gives overseas students a deep appreciation of and identification with these modern day Jewish heros.
